The June issue of RTI is online. The article “Why fiber in the horizontal”, on page 22, shows that hospitals, offices, hotels, universities and other corporate environments are surrendering to the advantages of 100% optical solutions on their local networks, such as virtually unlimited bandwidth potential and ease of installation. See on page 46 the article “Data storage in data centers”, presenting the main technologies and architectures for data storage, from the already consolidated such as SAN - Storage Area Network to hyperconvergence. Furthermore, on page 58, the article “Wi-Fi Networks Project article”, showing that Wi-Fi network design currently requires strategic thinking that takes into account the placement of APs and coverage control, usage conditions, vertical markets, interface management, direction radio frequency bands and capacity planning. This issue brings also the update “Raceways, trays and cable management" buyers’ guide.
